"Last summer hindsite completed our barn conversion, joining the barn to the old farmhouse with an oak and glass link. Hindsite were involved during the planning stage with us and our architect. This paid off as the job progressed over seven months. The work was priced in a way that made it easy to keep track of additions and ommissions as the job went along. We always knew where we were financially. We had monthly meetings with our architect and the hindsite team planning and snagging as we went along. The site management was tidy and very consistent over the job. The end result is marvellous and the quality of work very good. Hindsite managed the various contractors well, drawing them in as needed. Throughout the job, communication both on site and with hindsite office was excellent. This has continued after completion and through the (hardly any) snagging stage. Perhaps best of all for a stressful project we never had a cross word or misunderstanding from start to finish. It felt like an enjoyable experience - nearly as nice as living with the finished product. This summer we asked hindsite to put the finishing touches to the job and they did the hard landscaping work to an excellent standard."

"We have had four projects carried out by hindsite over the last five years. The largest was a major refurbishment of a London Georgian townhouse which took six months and there have been three seperate projects on our Devon farmhouse. We really liked the way hindsite approached the projects. There was always a detailed estimate which they ere very happy to have challenged and to change, if necessary; and the administration of projects - client sign off to changes, staged payments etc - were efficient and transparent. Once work began, hindsite had a very responsible asttitude towards health and safety and we always knew who was in charge of the project. Hindsite were always happy to have meetings to discuss aspects of the projects, kept to their timetables and informed us of any deviations. The workmanship has been very good in all four projects and they were willing to came back to rectify any faults within a specified timeframe. We would have no hesitation in recommending hindsite."
